How do I join?

Text Director to connect your account. New members get 2,500 free credits after verifying their email. No card needed.

What should I send first?

Say hi, or send an idea, script, or photo. A short scene is a good place to start.

Do I need to know how to edit?

No. Give feedback in your own words. Watch and download your film from a private Review Room link.

How do I review my film?

Director shares the script, character images, and shots for your feedback before moving forward. Reply naturally with approval or changes, then ask for an export when you’re happy with the cut. New generations and retakes use credits.

How do credits work?

Chat and status checks are included. Creative planning and editing use credits after you approve the price and a per-request allowance. You can raise that allowance or buy more credits when you need more. Exporting existing edits stays included. Buy more generation credits through secure Stripe checkout. New projects start in Seedance 2.5 Draft at 480p; higher quality is your choice and costs more. Director estimates each generation before starting. Failed generations don’t use credits, and your completed clips stay yours. No automatic top-ups.

Can I make something with a friend?

Yes. Each creator needs a connected account. Add Director to your group, then address it by name or reply to its message. Your private chats stay separate.
